Ishika Seth believes that dance transcends all boundaries & barriers. It is this all-encompassing quality of dance; its ability to reach out to people irrespective of gender, sexuality, race, color, creed, religion & ability is what draws her to it.
She strives to share her passion for dance through her teaching, dancing and choreography. Her work delves into issues of self, origins and identity and how these are constantly in flux; ever changing and evolving.
Collaboration is an important element of her work. She works with dancers, composers and visual artists to constantly challenge herself and redefine what dance is and can be.
